We’re starting the year with some fabulous offers and events to see you right through winter. Our Christmas sale is well and truly up and running and on 25 January our store room clearance sale starts where you’ll be able to pick up bargains from display pieces and some great gifts.

We’re offering TWO for ONE on cakes and hot drinks in all three restaurants throughout January and FREE TREE PLANTING by one of our experts, perfect if you have one of our 50% off outdoor plant vouchers (if you don’t, you can pick up one in-store today).

As it gets colder, it’s important to remember the wildlife in your garden – especially birds of course. To help you to keep them fed and watered, we have offers on bird food and bird care and you might like to come and pick up a counting form for the RSPBs Big Garden Bird Watch which takes place on 26 and 27 January – we will be doing it to as we have plenty of bird species in our three garden centres.

Our huge range of seeds, seed potatoes, onion and shallot sets and summer flowering bulbs are now in, ready for the spring. Come in and speak to a member of our team if you need advice on what you should be planting now!

Our Orchid Workshops take place on January 26 at Brimsmore Gardens, February 2 at Castle Gardens and February 9 at Poundbury Gardens – they’re free to attend, ask in store for further details.

Visit Castle, Brimsmore or Poundbury Gardens for lots of great offers and promotions and click here to collect your free £1 off voucher
Hope to see you soon

Well, 2013 has arrived, a bit wet still but we have spring to look forward to and so all systems go at the centres. We have a huge range of seeds, seed potatoes, onion and shallot sets as well as summer flowering bulbs now at Brimsmore, Poundbury and Castle Gardens and, with the RSPB’s Big Garden Birdwatch coming up on 26th and 27th January, we’ve also got some great offers on bird food to keep your garden visitors happy right through the winter months until the weather starts to warm up. It is great to talk to the many people who come in to buy all kinds of different food for birds – one of our regular customers from Montacute says she feels as if she puts out a banquet every time she fills her bird feeders but her grandchildren love watching and it keeps them amused for hours. Starting them young is a good idea and we do all we can to encourage that too.

The first of our orchid workshops starts at Brimsmore Gardens on 26th January – and we’ve got local garden designer and willow artist Angela Morley back in the Butterfly House at Castle Gardens from Friday 18th for the very popular willow workshops; see in centre for a booking form.

As well as thinking ahead, we’ve loved seeing so many of you as you catch the bargains at our Christmas clearance sale and don’t miss our huge store room sale which starts from 25th January.

See you soon

Mike
